Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from accredited institution
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Graduation from nursing program within the last 12 months OR 1+ years clinical experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
