Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- New graduates and career changers strongly encouraged to apply
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
