Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in shift handovers and unit-based quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Recent nursing graduates welcome to apply
