Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in med-surg, telemetry, or ICU units during overnight shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, evidence-based interventions
- Mentor new nurses and uphold quality assurance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree with 1+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
