Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Supervise LVNs and CNAs while maintaining patient safety standards
- Participate in emergency response protocols and code situations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) and TNCC preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and priorities
