Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
- Document patient records accurately in electronic health systems
- Mentor new staff and uphold compliance with hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (WI)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
