Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs throughout the shift.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Your Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license issued by the State of Kansas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; ICU/Telemetry experience a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
