Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during night shift hours, including medication administration and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient conditions accurately and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Maintain detailed medical documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs while maintaining a safe, healing environment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environment
