Our state-of-the-art facility in Fresno is seeking dedicated RNs to join our 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). You'll work alongside top-tier healthcare professionals in a fast-paced setting where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessment, planning, and intervention during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across shifts
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm expertise
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Provide patient and family education to promote health literacy
- Utilize advanced EHR systems for real-time clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with relevant experience considered)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
