Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessments and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Mentor new staff and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact state eligible)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- 1+ years acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
