Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans during overnight shifts
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to critical situations and rapid response activations
Qualifications
- Valid NY State RN license and BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BSN degree (MSN or certification in specialty area a plus)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR and telehealth systems
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
