Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and monitoring during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure night-shift environment
