Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications/treatments according to established protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Respond immediately to emergent situations and participate in code blue activations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
