Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention services during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced clinical judgment
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Valid California Registered Nurse license (RN)
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
