Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies with swift clinical judgment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and care coordination
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans and discharge protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- 1+ years acute care nursing experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
