Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU/Step-down units during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on conditions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications mandatory
- 1+ years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
