Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced life support protocols
- Maintain precise electronic health records and regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives for improved health outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or ICU experience
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for on-call rotations
