Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor vital signs and telemetry data for critical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Mentor new staff during night shift rotations

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must maintain)
- Telemetry or critical care specialty preferred
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environment
