Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency department, ICU, or med-surg units during night shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Respond to critical situations with calm professionalism and rapid intervention
- Mentor junior staff and uphold hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
