Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during overnight hours with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families

Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight environment
