Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions
- Mentor new nurses and uphold quality standards
- Participate in unit safety committees
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (Compact License accepted)
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently under pressure
