Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in high-acuity environments including ICU, ER, and step-down units
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and hospital protocols
- Provide mentorship and support to less experienced nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proven expertise in night shift adaptability and critical thinking
