Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans during night shift hours
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless 24-hour patient continuity
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory documentation
- Lead rapid response teams during critical situations and code activations
- Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families on discharge planning and self-care management
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree (MSN preferred for leadership roles)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic experience highly valued)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
