Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
- Lead rapid response protocols during critical overnight situations
- Mentor junior staff and promote evidence-based nursing practices
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
- Previous night shift experience highly valued
