Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse medical units during overnight hours
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care
- Document clinical observations and patient responses using advanced electronic health record systems
- Respond to emergent situations with calm expertise, initiating appropriate interventions

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic documentation systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (7p-7a) with flexible scheduling options
