Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical situations promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for cohesive care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in rapid response and emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
