Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and documentation
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and recovery progress while maintaining accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and all regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required for specific units
- Proven experience in telemetry, ER, or med-surg settings
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
