Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced night shift settings, including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to all regulatory standards
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations with calm professionalism
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state
- BSN degree required (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in night shift environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and department demands
