Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Collaborate with RNs and care team for care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Support emotional well-being of clients and families
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid Florida driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
