Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, treatment procedures, and health assessments
- Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and respond to emergencies with rapid intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance, infection control protocols, and safety regulations
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating nights, weekends, and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
