Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessments and interventions during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

- Maintain patient records using EMR systems with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio residency)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management abilities
- Strong communication skills for patient/family interactions and handoffs
