Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest standards of patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license required
- BSN preferred; associate degree with 2+ years experience considered
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight environments
