Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shift hours with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress using advanced EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) with willingness to obtain additional certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and electronic documentation systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated emotional intelligence
