Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, monitoring patient responses

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Expertise in critical care, emergency medicine, or telemetry
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments
