Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures
- Monitor and document patient vitals, conditions, and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations using advanced life support protocols
- Coordinate patient discharges and transitions of care with day shift staff
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license (or compact license with endorsement)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
