Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) per HIPAA standards
- Lead patient assessments and education for overnight care protocols

Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred; associate degree accepted with experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
