Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Respond to emergency situations and critical patient events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education and family communication
- Adhere to all JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
