Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shift hours with emphasis on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision and documentation accuracy
- Lead rapid response teams during emergency situations and code activations
- Maintain seamless communication with day-shift teams for continuity of care

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift proficiency
- BLS/ACLS certifications maintained per hospital policy
- Proven expertise in critical care, telemetry, or emergency nursing
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems with data-driven care approach
