Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Assess, monitor, and document patient vitals and conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond to emergencies and critical incidents with precision
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- BSN preferred, ADN accepted with 1+ years experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently in a night shift setting
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
