Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assessment, monitoring, and intervention during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using EMR documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Provide emergency response and stabilization protocols for critical situations
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest standards of nursing excellence
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain sterile clinical environments
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Night shift experience strongly preferred
- BSN degree or equivalent clinical experience
- Advanced cardiac monitoring and ventilator management skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
