Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans

Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
