Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during overnight shifts with focus on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions using advanced monitoring technologies and document in EHR systems
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response activations
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and patient safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license required (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; associate degree with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic)
