Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status throughout the night shift.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift nursing team and physicians.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical care situations.
Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
