Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in our advanced 24/7 emergency department
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to critical situations using our cutting-edge monitoring systems
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and shift schedules
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
