As a Night Shift RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during the overnight hours. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, manage patient needs efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, medications, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license to practice in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred (Med-Surg or Telemetry background a plus).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing night shift team.
- Willingness to flex shifts based on departmental needs.
