Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Perform accurate patient assessments and document vital signs and medical history with precision.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medications, and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (FL).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, including ICU or Med-Surg.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the night shift.
