Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and medical conditions in real-time.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and shift reports accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary night shift team to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond immediately to patient emergencies and code blue situations.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families during the night.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
