Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Document patient records accurately and timely using Epic EMR
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response calls
- Mentor new staff and uphold patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
