Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in Med-Surg or ICU.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
