Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and respond immediately to critical changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
